This is my personal experience during the 8 weeks I was on the I Love Dieting program. Before After 218lbs. 173lbs
I have tried other diets and they left me hungry and the thought of eating would never leave. I was always thinking of eating something and had to fight this off to the point I would just give up. I even tried to work out 2 times a day for 1 1/2 hours each only to find out after 4 weeks no loss. I quit the work out, because I did not see or feel any reward for my effort. When I first started to hear about this diet, I thought here we go again. I was not interested in trying another diet until I read some of the testimonies. The thing that caught my attention was the health improvement everyone was talking about. Most diets talk about the lbs. loss, but these people were mostly talking about the improvements in their health as well as the pounds loss, which was different from all the other diets I have tried or read about. I already felt good, but this program seemed different! I already knew that the products were the best, and I have been using many of them for years with great results in my health and my family's health. But, I do like to eat, and this program has help me to learn how to take control of how I eat; and I have already found out, after only one week, it was not hard for me to do it. The first thing I did when I decided to
get the program was to order 10 of the programs; because I felt if this program
is as good as it looks, I know I will know others with the same problem that I
have been dealing with. As of now, 3 of us have completed our first week and have lost 6 -10 lbs. each. The others have ordered their products and then we will have a group of ten. One of the ten just ordered 10 more for herself, and I will be doing the same. I can't believe how fast this is catching on. One person is a personal health instructor and has been doing this for years. Tonight she was at my home and was thrilled to learn about how well designed I Love Dieting is and ordered it as well to introduce it to her clients. But again, how we all feel is so great and important. My sleep pattern has changed to the point that now I do 30 min. on the treadmill every morning. Before, I did not want to see a treadmill until the afternoon or evening, because I did not have the energy to do it in the morning. And many days I would not do it at all. Now I look forward to it, because I have such a great amount of energy; and I see myself as the slim 45 year old great looking guy at the same weight as I was in high school! Also, I could not eat all the food on the diet, because my body is so satisfied it is no longer craving food all the time like before! And this is only the first week! I have just started into the second week, and I can't believe how little of the right food can fill me up. I believe that the way the whole program is set up, and by just doing what it says, is the reason why it works for everyone. I also know that the products play an important part. If it was with other products I think I would still feel hungry because they do not get absorbed like these products. Nutritional Supplements must be as close to natural foods as one can find, if not better, and they must feed the body as these products do. That has already been proven for over 40 years. 10/19/99 - Well, I finished the 8-week program and went from 218 to 173!!!! That is a 45 lb. loss!!! I feel great and have found that my body breaks down food much better and that I can live like this for the rest of my life. The first week was the hardest, but I kept my focus on the end result of being at my high school weight and that the diet was temporary and that I would be able to have a slice of cake on my birthday. Now it has become a reality and everyone has noticed. Many people have said I look so young. I just had my 46th birthday on Oct 16 and gave myself the best birthday gift ever. A New Body!! I am wearing white jeans that I have not worn since high school and I have room to spare!! My new eating habits are great and my workouts have improved to the point of 1 1/2 hours every other day and 30 min. everyday on the treadmill. The best part of this diet is that it changes your eating habits so that when you reach your goal you can remain there forever. We now have around 100 or so on the diet, which was another goal I set, and it is working just as well for them. Everyday someone new joins us and many have said that when they do this and take off their weight, their friends will want to do the same. Is not this a great way to share the benefits of this great opportunity?
11/4/99 - Before & After Pictures The before and after pictures of myself are posted. The before picture is very embarrassing! I forgot just how bad I was and that I let myself get to this point. The important part is where I am now!!! I am so excited and I'm planning a very large meeting in January. We have a lot of people doing great, and they will all be finished with their programs as well in January so we will have a lot of proof this program works for the new people wanting to get rid of the holiday damage. I sent my before and after pictures to my
daughter who took the before picture. She is away at college and has not seen me
for a while. She could not believe the difference, because when she took the
before picture she told me to pull in my belly. I told her it is already in. You
